Variety: SABBATIANO 100%

Characteristics: Golden color, bright, delicate bouquet with citrus aromas. Moderate acidity and pleasant long aftertaste. It accompanies Mediterranean cuisine, fish, seafood and white meat.

Vinification: Classic white in stainless tanks, at a controlled temperature of 16-18°c. Maturation for 3 months at fine leesh.

Served at 9-11°C
